Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" or "Website" refers to the uno4ad online betting platform accessible at uno4ad.cam and all associated services, mobile applications, and interfaces.
• "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to uno4ad and its authorized representatives, operators, and service providers.
• "User," "You," or "Player" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the uno4ad platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal betting account created by a User on the uno4ad platform.
• "Services" refers to all betting, gaming, and entertainment offerings provided through the uno4ad platform, including sports betting, live casino games, togel (traditional Indonesian lottery games), sabung ayam (cockfighting betting), slot games, and other gambling activities.
• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by the User to their uno4ad Account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Withdrawal" refers to funds transferred from the User's uno4ad Account to their designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional offers, credits, free spins, or other incentives provided by uno4ad to Users.

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To use uno4ad Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or located within Indonesian territory at the time of accessing the platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under Indonesian law and any applicable local regulations.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.

3.2 Verification Requirements

uno4ad reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your identity, age, and residency. Required documents may include but are not limited to:

• Valid Indonesian ID card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk - KTP)
• Passport or other government-issued photo identification
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Bank account or e-wallet verification documents

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are strictly prohibited from using uno4ad Services:

• Persons under 21 years of age
• Individuals who have self-excluded from gambling activities
• Employees of uno4ad, affiliated companies, game providers, or their immediate family members
• Persons residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal
• Individuals previously banned from uno4ad for Terms violations

4.1 Account Creation

To access uno4ad Services, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Each User is permitted only one Account. Multiple Accounts created by the same individual will be closed, and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password) and for all activities conducted through your Account. You must:

• Choose a strong password and keep it confidential
• Enable two-factor authentication when available
• Immediately notify uno4ad of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Ensure you log out after each session, especially when using shared or public devices

uno4ad is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to User negligence.

4.3 Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. uno4ad reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting applicable fees, provided the Account is in good standing.

5.1 Deposit Methods

uno4ad accepts deposits through various Indonesian banking channels and e-wallets, including but not limited to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the platform. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

5.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed identity verification (KYC) procedures before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000; maximum withdrawal limits apply based on Account status.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours during business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB).
• uno4ad reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
• All bonuses must meet wagering requirements before associated funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Fees and Currency

All transactions on uno4ad are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). uno4ad does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals, though your financial institution may impose its own transaction fees. Currency conversion fees may apply if using international payment methods.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

uno4ad maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with Indonesian financial regulations. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious transactions, freeze Accounts pending investigation, and report suspicious activities to relevant authorities. You may be required to wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal to prevent money laundering.

6.1 Bonus Terms

uno4ad offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 15x to 30x the bonus amount) before withdrawal.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots 100%, table games 20%, live dealer 10%).
• Maximum Bet Limits: While clearing bonus wagering requirements, maximum bet per spin/hand is typically Rp 50.000.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the specified timeframe (typically 7-30 days).
• Eligibility: Some bonuses are restricted to new Users or require minimum deposit amounts.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

uno4ad reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if we determine that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other Users. Specific terms for each promotion are available on the platform and take precedence over general bonus terms.

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on uno4ad are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. In the event of technical errors, malfunctions, or obvious pricing errors, uno4ad reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Specific rules apply to different game categories:

• Sports Betting: Bets are settled based on official results from governing sports bodies. Live betting may be suspended during critical moments. Settlement rules for abandoned matches, postponements, and other special circumstances are available in the platform's sports betting rules section.
• Live Casino: Games are conducted in real-time with professional dealers. Disconnections during gameplay will be handled according to the specific game provider's rules, with hands/rounds typically completed automatically.
• Slot Games: All slot games use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game.
• Togel: Draw results are based on official lottery outcomes. Draw times and result verification procedures are clearly posted.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Colluding with other Users or engaging in syndicate betting
• Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or identity theft
• Using uno4ad Services for money laundering purposes
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through multiple Accounts
• Attempting to manipulate odds or game outcomes

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, uno4ad and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from service interruptions
• Technical failures, server downtime, or communication network issues beyond our reasonable control
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain security
• Actions of third-party service providers, including payment processors and game providers
• Losses resulting from your violation of these Terms & Conditions

uno4ad's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits made to your Account in the three months preceding the claim, or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is lower.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: uno4ad's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. uno4ad may freely assign these Terms without restriction.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and uno4ad regarding use of the platform.
